All of the above features require a one-time service order charge of $5.00.



Call Forwarding: This feature allows a customer to automatically transfer all incoming calls, during the period of time that the feature is activated, to another telephone number.



Call Forwarding - Usage Sensitive: This feature allows a customer to pay for Call Forwarding on a per-use basis.



Call Return (*69): Enables a customer to return to the last incoming call, whether it was answered or not simply by dialing *69 (or 1169 from a rotary phone).



Call Return (*69) - Usage Sensitive: Enables a customer to pay for Call Return on a per-use basis.



Call Trace: Allows a customer to request an automatic trace of the last call received by dialing *57 (1157 from a rotary phone). The customer will hear a recording explaining how to proceed. The results of a successful trace will be turned over to the appropriate law enforcement agency.



Call Waiting: Alerts the customer that another call is waiting. A flash of the hook switch "holds" the first call while the second call is answered. The customer can alternate between calls by flashing the hook switch.



Call Waiting - Usage Sensitive: Allows the customer to pay for call waiting on a per-use basis.



Cancel Call Waiting: Allows a customer to disable Call Waiting for the duration of one telephone call. Designed for customers who use modems or FAX machines so they will not be interrupted by call waiting calls during this call.



Caller ID: Allows a customer to view the date, time and telephone number of the calling party on a customer provided device when receiving a call.



Caller ID with Name: Allows a customer to receive the calling party's name in addition to the date, time and number of the calling party.



Direct Connect Service: Allows a customer to place a call to a preselected number simply by lifting the receiver off the hook. No dialing is required.



Do Not Disturb: Allows a subscriber to prevent incoming calls from ringing his line by diverting the call to a tone or a recorded announcement. The subscriber is issued a personal identification number that he may give to selected parties so that their calls will be completed.



Do Not Disturb - Telemarketing: Announces to all callers that this number does not accept calls from Telemarketers. Asks all other type callers to press 1 to complete the call.



Per Call Number Privacy: Allows customers to prevent the disclosure of their telephone number on a per call basis to the called party. This feature is activated by dialing *69 (*1169 from a rotary phone) before the call is placed. This is a free feature.



Per Line Number Privacy: Prevents the disclosure of the customers number to the called party on all outgoing calls placed from the customer's line. This feature may be de-activated by dialing *82 (*1182 from a rotary phone) before the call is placed. This feature is free on request for non-published customers and $1.10/Month for published customers.



Repeat Dialing: Automatically redials the last outgoing number by dialing *66 (*1166 from a rotary phone). Repeat dialing monitors the busy line and completes the call when both the originating and terminating line are idle.



Repeat Dialing- Usage Sensitive: Allows the customer to pay for repeat dialing on a per-use basis.



Restricted Number Service: Allows the customer to request that the telephone company block calls to certain specified destinations. $2.00 service charge for first request, $2.50 service charge for subsequent changes.



Revertive Calling: Allows a customer to ring his own line. This service is used mainly for customers with extension phones in garages, barns, etc. This is a free service.



Speed Calling: Provides for the calling of a seven or ten digit telephone number by dialing an abbreviated code. Available in 8 number or 30 number configurations.



Teen Service: Allows a subscriber to have two different directory numbers assigned to one line. These numbers have distinctive rings so the customer knows which number has been called.



Three-Way Calling: Enables a customer to add a third party to an established connection without operator assistance. The third party may be called by the customer initiating the Three-Way Calling on either a local or long distance basis.



Three-Way Calling- Usage Sensitive: Allows a customer to pay for three-way calling on a per-use basis.



Toll Restriction with PIN Override: Allows a customer to control the origination of toll traffic from their line by requiring the dialing of a PIN number before a toll call is placed. This PIN number must be dialed before every toll call.



Touch Tone: Touch Tone service is available to subscribers for $1.50 per month and is required for many other advanced features.



Voice Mail: Voicemail answers the phone when you are on the line and when the power is out. Retrieve your messages while you are away from home at the push of a button.



Wake Up Service: Allows a customer to program a time of day for their telephone to ring.
