Voice Mail Setup Instructions

Welcome to your new voice mail box. We hope you will enjoy using this easy and effective messaging system. To begin using your mailbox, please do the following:

Enter you voice mailbox
Set up a security code
Record your name
Record a greeting
Exit your voice mailbox
Please read through the simple instructions below before you set up your mailbox. When you do set up your mailbox, you will be prompted for the information just as it is written below.

Enter:
Dial the voice mail number - 330-658-0888 - and wait for the greeting to begin.
When you hear the greeting, PRESS THE "#" KEY and follow the instructions.

Security Code:
Enter your mailbox number: ____________ (your seven digit telephone number)
Enter your security code: 1 2 3 4 5 (the first time)
Enter a NEW security code ________ and PRESS THE "#" KEY
Re-enter your NEW security code __________ and PRESS THE "#" KEY.

Record Name: PRESS "1" to begin recording and wait for the beep (listen for instructions after you press 1)
Say your name after the beep and then PRESS THE "#" KEY to stop recording (Do not say anything more then your name at this time)
The system will replay your name back to you. At this point you can press "#" to save it or "1" to re-record.

Record Greeting:
PRESS "1" to begin recording and wait for the beep (listen for instructions after you press 1)
Record a greeting like the following example and then PRESS THE "#" KEY to end recording.
"Hi this is ___________________.
Sorry I missed your call.
Please leave you name and number and I will call you back as soon as possible.
PRESS THE "#" KEY TO STOP RECORDING.
The system will replay your greeting back to you. Press "#" to save it or "1" to re-record.

Congratulations! At this point you are logged onto your mailbox. If you listen to the instructions, you will hear a complete list of all of your options. You will hear these instructions anytime you pause for more than a few seconds.

Exit:
After listening to any message, please log out by pressing 9 - listen to directions - and press 9 again. You will hear "Good bye". You may then hang up.

How To Use Your Voice Mail

You will know you have messages when you pick up the handset of your telephone. A stuttering dial tone mease that you have a message. Without hanging up, follow these simple instructions to get your messages.

Call 330-658-0888 and wait for the system to answer
When you hear the greeting begin, PRESS THE "#" KEY
Enter your seven digit telephone number
Enter your security code.

You will be told how many new and saved messages you have. At this point you can do the following:

PRESS 5 to Listen to messages
PRESS 15 to Listen in reverse order
PRESS 192 to jump from new messages to saved messages
PRESS 46 to change your Greeting
PRESS 16 for a list of Options including:
Security Code
Pager number Setup
Re-record name

During and after listening to your messages, you can do all of the following:
Please note, the first letter of any command matches the key it is on, ie. 2 or B

To Back up PRESS 2 or B
To Back up to the Beginning PRESS 22 or BB
To Erase the message PRESS 3 or E
To Go forward PRESS 4 or G
To Listen to the next message PRESS 5 or L
To Save the message PRESS 7 or S
For the Time and date PRESS 8 or T
To Pause PRESS *
For the previous message PRESS 15
For more/less Volume PRESS 18 or V
